LIBBY - The Columbia Falls volleyball team used eight kills and six aces from Brooke Cady Thursday in rolling to a 3-0 victory over Ronan in a Northwestern A divisional match.

The Wildkats set the tone early with a 25-10 game win. They escaped with a 25-21 victory in Game 2 and cruised in the third game, 25-9.

The win moved Columbia Falls to 5-9 and set up a showdown with unbeaten Polson (13-0) on Friday at 1 p.m. Winless Ronan (0-12) will play at 5 p.m. against the loser of the Friday morning match pitting Libby (8-4) against Whitefish (7-5).

Kayla DeWit collected seven kills and three blocks for the Wildkats Thursday. Cassi Skiles had 17 digs.

Tailyr Irvine had six blocks and Katie Andrews six digs for Ronan.
