Attention All Prospective Hoke County High School Athletes for All Sports and  Levels!


DO NOT FORGET!!  The FREE Physicals will be held on July 18, 2009.  The cost of the FREE Physical is, your time.  First Health of the Carolina's branch in Raeford will provide the FREE Physical for you, if you attend.  THIS WILL BE THE ONLY TIME THIS YEAR THAT WE WILL PROVIDE FREE PHYSICALS FOR YOU!  Physicals will begin at 8 am and last until noon.  Once again, the FREE Physical will only cost you your time while you are at the facility.  This is an average savings of $25 to the athlete's family.

Rising 9th graders that attend and participate in the combine on June 6 will receive a copy of the physical form at the completion of the event.  This will be the only FREE physical given for Hoke County High School.
